Privacy Policy for Product Image Downloader

When you open the panel on a page, the extension reads that page in your browser to find image and video links. Page content, images, and your browsing history are not sent to GetPickAds or anyone else for this purpose.

Settings, a download counter, and local preference data are stored in your browser (chrome.storage) so the product can work offline.

Account information

When you choose to sign in with Google for Premium, we may receive and store information such as your email address or account identifier.

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Associate your Premium subscription with your account
• Provide Premium entitlement, billing portal access, and account-related functionality

You can download product images on the Free plan without creating a GetPickAds account.

Product Image Downloader does not intentionally collect or transmit:

• The content of the web pages you browse, beyond finding image and video URLs locally in your browser
• Image or video file bytes to GetPickAds servers (files are fetched and saved on your device)
• Payment card numbers (payments are handled by the payment provider)
• Precise location information

If you sign in and subscribe to Premium, account and entitlement checks go to GetPickAds APIs, and payments are processed by Dodo Payments on its checkout pages under its own privacy policy.

If you choose “Report this page”, we receive the page URL, detected marketplace, a short optional note, and basic extension diagnostics (version, image/video counts) so we can fix parsers. Image and video file bytes are not uploaded with the report.

When product analytics is enabled in a release build, limited anonymous extension events (for example install, downloads, errors) may be sent to our analytics provider. Page content and image bytes are never included.

The extension uses Chrome permissions such as storage, downloads, scripting, sidePanel, and identity so it can remember settings, save files, scan the current tab on your request, show the side panel, and sign you in if you choose to.

Site access is requested one site at a time, only when you click Allow (for example a marketplace and its image CDN). You can remove it any time in chrome://extensions. Host access is used to fetch full-size images into a ZIP and to show an optional on-page download button on sites you have allowed.

Image and video bytes are processed locally in your browser (including optional Premium square 1:1 conversion with a white background).

Google Sign-In may be used when you voluntarily authenticate for Premium.

Payment information is processed by Dodo Payments. Product Image Downloader does not intentionally collect or store users’ full payment card information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the extension and its associated services.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account information is retained for as long as necessary to provide account and Premium functionality or as required for legitimate business and legal purposes.

Local settings and the download counter remain in your browser until you clear extension data or uninstall.

You can sign out to stop using your GetPickAds account in the extension.

You can use Free downloads without signing in.

You may choose whether to sign in with Google or subscribe to Premium.

You can revoke site access in Chrome’s extension settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the extension’s functionality or data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
