Product and Workspace content
When you use Pick Ads, you may provide product URLs, product descriptions, images, videos, logos, product data, prompts, creative instructions, and other content.
We process this information to understand your product and provide features such as Image Concepts, URL to Image Ads, URL to Video Ads, and Video Concepts.
Usage and technical information
We may automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, generation activity, credit usage, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic or error information.
Billing information
Payments and billing are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We receive information needed to manage your subscription, credits, transactions, and account status. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
Support and communications
If you contact us, we may collect the content of your message and information needed to respond to your request.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain Pick Ads;
- process product URLs and other inputs to generate requested content;
- manage accounts, workspaces, credits, and subscriptions;
- process payments and refunds;
- provide customer support;
- monitor usage, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security;
- understand how features are used and improve the Service;
- detect fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- communicate with you about your account, service updates, and, where permitted, marketing;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. AI Processing
Pick Ads uses third-party AI systems and related infrastructure to process product information, prompts, images, videos, and other inputs needed to generate Outputs.
We send only the information reasonably necessary for the requested feature.
We do not use your private Workspace content to train public AI models unless you explicitly opt in to such use where an opt-in is offered.
AI providers and other service providers may process data on our behalf under their applicable terms and privacy requirements.
4. Product URLs and Third-Party Content
When you provide a product URL, Pick Ads may access and process publicly available information from that URL to understand the product and generate advertising content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any URLs, images, logos, trademarks, copy, or other materials you submit to Pick Ads.
Pick Ads does not require your Meta advertising account credentials to generate creatives.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Pick Ads, including providers for:
- cloud hosting and storage;
- authentication and account management;
- AI model and content generation;
- payment processing and billing;
- analytics and product monitoring;
- email and customer support;
- security, fraud prevention, and infrastructure.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and security of Pick Ads or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize Workspace content that we no longer need, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational requirements.
Some information, such as transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and security records, may be retained for longer where required or reasonably necessary.
7. International Data Transfers
Pick Ads and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

- correct inaccurate information;

- restrict or object to certain processing;
