Pick Ads is designed to help businesses create original advertising content from products and assets they have the right to use.

1. Your content

You are responsible for ensuring that product URLs, images, logos, videos, copy, trademarks, and other materials you provide to Pick Ads are used lawfully and that you have the necessary rights or permissions.

2. Generated content

Pick Ads generates advertising content based on your product information, assets, instructions, and selected creative directions. AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it commercially.

3. Public advertising information

Pick Ads may use publicly available advertising information to provide market and creative insights. These insights may include information such as creative patterns, messaging themes, formats, and market trends. Pick Ads does not claim ownership of advertisers' original creative assets and does not intend to provide third-party advertisements for download, reuse, or cloning.

4. Third-party rights

Pick Ads respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. You may not use Pick Ads to:

reproduce copyrighted advertising creatives without authorization;
upload or provide third-party content that you do not have the right to use;
impersonate another brand or misrepresent ownership of content;
distribute third-party advertising assets through the Service;
use generated content to infringe another party's intellectual property rights.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe content available through Pick Ads infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact support@getpickads.com. Please include:

identification of the copyrighted work;
identification and location of the material you believe is infringing;
your contact information;
a statement explaining your rights in the work;
any other information that can help us investigate the complaint.

6. Our response

We may investigate reported content and take appropriate action, which may include restricting access to content, removing content where appropriate, or restricting accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
