By submitting content to Pick Ads, you represent that you have the rights necessary for us to process that content and provide the Service.

Pick Ads generates advertising content based on your product information, assets, instructions, and selected creative directions.

AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Generated content may also be similar to content generated for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it commercially, including checking product claims, trademarks, images, likenesses, and other third-party rights.

Pick Ads may use publicly available advertising information to provide market and creative insights.

These insights may include creative patterns, messaging themes, formats, product categories, and market trends.

Pick Ads does not claim ownership of advertisers' original creative assets and does not intend to provide third-party advertisements for download, reuse, or cloning.

You may not use Pick Ads to knowingly:

• infringe or misappropriate copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights;
• use another person's or business's content, brand, likeness, or identity without appropriate authorization;
• copy, reproduce, or redistribute third-party advertising creatives without the necessary rights;
• create deceptive content that falsely represents an endorsement, affiliation, testimonial, or relationship with a third party;
• upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use.

If you are unsure whether you have the necessary rights to use particular content, you should obtain appropriate permission before submitting or publishing it.

If you believe content available through Pick Ads infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact support@getpickads.com. Where applicable, please include:

• identification of the copyrighted or protected work;

• a description of the claimed infringement;
• information reasonably sufficient to identify the person or account involved, if known;

• a statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make the complaint.

We may request additional information where necessary to evaluate a complaint.

We may investigate reported content and take appropriate action, including restricting access to content, removing content where appropriate, or restricting or terminating accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate intellectual property rights.

We may also preserve relevant information where reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and security of Pick Ads or others.
