Account Information

When you choose to sign in with Google, we may receive and store information such as your email address or account identifier.

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Associate your Premium subscription with your account
• Provide Premium entitlement, billing portal access, and account-related functionality

Local quota and download stats

Daily download quota and aggregate download statistics (file counts, approximate sizes, file-type tallies) are stored in your browser so Free limits and the Statistics screen can work offline.

Usage and interaction data

We may collect limited usage and interaction data from the extension interface (the popup) to understand how the product is used and to improve reliability.

Attachly does not intentionally collect or transmit:

• Your Gmail message bodies or full email text to GetPickAds servers
• Attachment contents to GetPickAds servers (files are fetched and zipped in your browser, then saved to your computer or uploaded to your own Google Drive when you choose Drive)
• Passwords or authentication credentials for Gmail beyond the browser session you already use
• Payment card numbers (payments are handled by the payment provider)
• Precise location information

Core ZIP downloads work from emails you select in Gmail on this device. You can download attachments without creating a GetPickAds account.

The extension uses Chrome permissions such as storage, downloads, offscreen documents, and identity so it can remember quota and stats, save ZIP files, process attachments after you close the popup, and sign you in or connect Google Drive if you choose to.

Host access to mail.google.com is required to read which emails you selected and to fetch their attachments through your existing Gmail session. Host access to Google APIs is used only when you connect Drive for Premium uploads.

Attachment bytes and file names are processed locally in your browser (and, if you choose Drive, sent directly to Google Drive). Local processing is necessary for Attachly’s core functionality.

The extension may use third-party services for authentication, subscription management, analytics, or other necessary functionality.

Google Sign-In may be used when you voluntarily choose to authenticate with Google for Premium.

Google Drive may be used when you connect Drive and choose to save attachments there. Files go to your Drive account; GetPickAds does not intermediary the file contents.

Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider. Attachly does not intentionally collect or store users’ full payment card information.

If analytics services are enabled on the extension popup, limited usage information and interactions with the popup interface may be processed according to the applicable service provider’s privacy practices.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the extension and its associated services.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account information is retained for as long as necessary to provide account and Premium functionality or as required for legitimate business and legal purposes.

Local quota and stats remain in your browser until you clear them or uninstall the extension.

You can remove local data by uninstalling the extension or using Clear in Settings. You can sign out to stop using your GetPickAds account in the extension.

You can use Attachly’s Free ZIP downloads without signing in.

You may choose whether to sign in with Google, subscribe to Premium, or connect Google Drive.

You can clear local stats and quota from Settings without uninstalling.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the extension’s functionality or data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
